These terms cover using denimvision.com and the Denim Vision client portal. The work itself (what we make, the price, payment, timing, revision rounds and usage rights) is set out in the quote or agreement for your project. The website
You're welcome to browse and share links to our work. The films, photos and other work shown on the site belong to Denim Vision and our clients, so please don't download, copy or reuse them without asking.
Portal accounts
Portal accounts are by invitation. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what's done through your account. We can pause or remove access, for example when a project ends or if an account is misused.
What you share with us
You keep ownership of the briefs, references, logos, footage and other files you upload or link. You confirm you have the right to share them with us, and you let us use them to deliver your project. Google Drive links you add need to be set so we can open them.
Drafts and reviews
Drafts, cuts and work in progress in the portal are shared with you for review only. They may be watermarked and can't be downloaded until they're approved. Please don't publish, post or pass them on. When you approve a stage or a draft in the portal, that approval is recorded and the approved version is locked as final for that stage.
Revisions
Your quote sets how many revision rounds are included. The portal shows which round each new version is. Rounds past what's included may be charged, and we'll tell you before adding them to an invoice.
Final files and invoices
Final files are delivered through the portal. Where a delivery is linked to an invoice, you can view the files straight away, and downloads open once that invoice is paid. Invoices are payable as stated on each invoice. Download links can have an end date, so please save your files once they're open.
Calendar and meetings
Shoot days, meetings and other dates in the portal, and calendar invites we send, are there to help us plan. Changes to agreed dates are worked out together and confirmed with us.
Availability
We work to keep the portal running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of anything important, including final files once you've downloaded them.

Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its date.
